RIO DE JANEIRO -- The Association of National Olympic Committees says it loaned former IOC member Patrick Hickey bail money so he can be released from legal custody in Brazil.Hickey was arrested three months ago during the Rio de Janeiro Olympics on ticket scalping charges.A Brazilian judge two weeks ago set bail at 1.5 million reals ($430,000).In a statement on Thursday, ANOC says the payment was made as a temporary loan so Hickey can receive medical treatment in Ireland. ANOC says it must be repaid in full.Hickey is reported to have a heart condition. He has temporarily stepped down from all of his Olympic positions.He was president of the European Olympic Committees, head of Irelands Olympic Committee, and a member of the International Olympic Committee executive board.ANOC is an umbrella organization representing several hundred national Olympic committees.Bobby Baun Maple Leafs Jersey .
