The Cleveland Indians have acquired outfielder Brandon Guyer from the Tampa Bay Rays for prospects.Guyer, 30, is hitting .344 against left-handed pitchers this season. Overall, he is hitting .241 with seven home runs and 18 RBIs in 63 games.The Rays received outfielder Nathan Lukes and right-hander Jhonleider Salinas from the Indians.Lukes, 22, was the Indians seventh-round pick in the 2015 draft. He is hitting .299 with five home runs and 33 RBIs for two clubs in the Indians minor league system this season. He recently was promoted to Lynchburg, the Indians Class A affiliate in the Carolina League.Salinas, 20, is 3-2 with a 3.30 ERA in nine games (four starts) for the teams rookie league club, the AZL Indians.To make room for Guyer on the roster, the Indians designated veteran infielder Juan Uribe for assignment.
